1. Month-to-Month Services
Southwest Media LV provides social media marketing, content planning, and automated lead capture solutions on a recurring month-to-month subscription basis. There are no long-term contracts.
2. Cancellation Anytime
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice via email to hello@southwestmedialv.com prior to the upcoming monthly billing date. Services and content delivery will continue through the end of the paid billing period.
3. Client Content Approval & Responsibility
Clients maintain 100% approval rights over all social media creatives, captions, and publication schedules. A private monthly preview calendar is provided. It is the client's responsibility to review posts or request revisions before publishing. Southwest Media LV is not liable for inaccuracies in client-provided materials or promotions that have been approved by the client.
4. Ownership of Social Media Accounts
The client maintains complete and unconditional ownership of their social media channels, Facebook pages, Instagram accounts, and Google Business profiles. Southwest Media LV operates strictly as an authorized administrative manager and never assumes ownership of your accounts.
5. No Guarantee of Specific Results
While Southwest Media LV implements industry best practices, proven automated funnels, and high-quality content systems, we do not make claims or guarantees regarding a specific number of followers, likes, phone inquiries, or closed sales. Results depend on consumer demand, pricing, local market saturation, and client responsiveness.
6. Governing Law & Contact
